Meet Amy

Amy is a Registered Dietitian, who focuses on optimizing nutrition for athletes and individuals who want to improve their performance, endurance, recovery and other individual fitness and nutrition goals.

Amy received her bachelors of science degree in nutrition and dietetics with honors from Acadia University, in Nova Scotia. After completing a one year dietetic internship with Annapolis Valley Health, Amy returned to B.C. to provide nutrition services to the Golden and the East Kootenays for several years, before returning to the Okanagan.

Amy was born and raised in the Okanagan where she grew up as a competitive figure skater.  Amy currently enjoys being active by running, biking, hiking, wall climbing and everything else that the Okanagan has to offer.

Amy has provided nutrition services to clients across the life span from prenatal and pediatric, to geriatric nutrition. Amy is a new mom to a baby boy and is very passionate about infant nutrition and helping other moms navigate the obstacles of introducing solids and picky eating. 

Amy enjoys providing nutrition education to all individuals interested in optimizing their overall athletic performance with food and nutrition. Amy is able to provide nutrition support for athletes with celiac disease and FODMAP intolerance's by navigating the obstacles for adequate intake.

Amy is also experienced in Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Meet Bridget

Bridget is a registered dietitian with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia, Bridget graduated with a bachelor of science in Food Nutrition Health, with a major in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia. She completed her accredited internship with Interior Health Authority where she continues to work today. Bridget currently works as a clinical dietitian at the local hospital and covers various areas from the ICU, surgery, eating disorders to general medicine.  


The world of nutrition can be overwhelming and confusing Bridget takes a client centered approach that is grounded in science to develop nutrition care plans that are personalized to fit you and your lifestyle. Bridget’s passions include sports nutrition, intuitive eating and preventive medicine through diet and lifestyle changes. Bridget believes that healthy eating does not include dieting, it is about having a good relationship with food, and taking an all foods fit approach.


Bridget was born and raised in Saskatchewan and moved to British Columbia after she graduated high school to be closer to the mountains. When Bridget is not working she enjoys being active in the beautiful outdoors via running, road biking, hiking and snowboarding. Bridget also practices yoga and crossfit and enjoys spending time cooking and baking in the kitchen.
